Need a little more time to get everything set up but here’s the scoop…
I’m spinning up a site to:
- Talk about my journey and transition into a semi-vegan
- Why I made the change
- Share tips, insights and recipes that a carnivore would like
- How to reduce the amount of consumed animal-based foods…and why you should do it today.
Basically, I’m partially vegan (or flexitarian). Used to be a big meat eater…now I’m not.
From a writing and chef perspective, I’m no Mark Bittman but I have a story to tell and good food to share.
Anybody who wants to reduce the amount of meat and dairy in their diet (but not completely eliminate it), come on back…soon.
